Odin's Pet Shop is operated by Petmi Corp DBA Odin's Pet Shop.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Customized kits and some specialty items may require additional supplier handling time before shipment. If an item is delayed, unavailable, or requires a change to your order, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the issue was caused by our error.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, address issues, holidays, supplier handling time, or other events outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS text with tracking information if tracking is available. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after the label is created.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Odin's Pet Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. Odin's Pet Shop is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. You may also contact us at info@odinspetshop.com and we will try to help where possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@odinspetshop.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally unless otherwise stated at checkout.
