Return and Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, clean, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@odinspetshop.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened food or treats
- Perishable goods
- Used grooming or hygiene items
- Cooling vests, cooling bands, and similar worn cooling products
- Custom or special-order items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
